Life, Business and Property coach
What happens in a session can’t be scripted — and that’s where the magic lives. I work intuitively, and every conversation becomes a building block for the next. When a client steps beyond what they thought possible, their gain becomes my greatest reward.
When something in life isn’t working — call it a crossroads, a loss, a failure, a wanting for more, or the missing piece you can’t put a name to — we start at that very point.
Not where a programme says you should be, and not where other people’s limiting ideas have placed you. Coaching is personal, whether you’re building an empire or rebuilding your own sense of worth. Nothing is off limits, because it’s built on trust and integrity — both ways.
I don’t rehash the past to its core. That’s an exhausting way to coach. Recognising the part it’s played in your life matters, and there it stays. Call that awareness — and from there, new seeds are planted, laying the foundations of a very different way of thinking.
I don’t do the work for you, and I won’t tell you what to do. I call them brainstorming and hypothetical sessions, as different pathways emerge, along with the steps needed to bring them into play. Consistency, persistence and commitment are what carry us both — me as much as you. And the sessions are fun: there’s laughter, there are aha moments, and sometimes there are tears, but don’t run from them. Embrace them for what they are — they can be tears of joy as much as tears of release.
You don’t need all the answers up front. You simply need the willingness to consider that things could be different.
It isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for it. It’s a steady hand on the practical business of changing how you think.
“I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside Jill McIntyre for over nineteen years as my coach, my mentor and quite simply, someone who has shaped the way I lead my life, my business, and my family.”
“Jill's belief in me gave me the confidence to step away from full-time employment, commit fully to my passion for property, and begin honestly exploring the limiting beliefs that had been holding me back.”
“Hands down, working with Jill has been the best investment I've ever made — for myself personally and my business and dreams. I've made a lot of investments over the years, so I know the difference when I see it.”
“One of the biggest pluses was learning to say 'no.' For most of my life I'd been a 'Yes' person — not realising I had the right to say no, if something wasn't a good fit for me.”
“With her guidance along the way, LiveComfy has grown from an initial concept into a thriving business with 14 staff and bases in 5 major locations across Australia.”
“Procrastination to action. I was constantly being stretched beyond my comfort zone — and whenever I stalled, Jill had a way of helping me identify exactly what was needed to pick myself up and get going again.”
“Jill gave me the confidence to back myself and set up my own business — with just $1,300 in my bank account and the need to make money fast.”
“Jill’s guidance has shaped not just my business but who I am as a person: how I show up, how I back myself, and how I keep going when things get hard.”
It’s all done over the phone or by Zoom. Either way works — I don’t need to be in a room with you to feel your energy. I can pick that up within the first two minutes of a call.
My coaching spots are limited to a handful of people at a time. Some have been with me for years — not because they’re slow learners, but because where we started is barely a dot, against what they’re achieving now.
I value the people I work with, and coaching them the way I do takes more than the call itself: interaction between sessions, pages of preparation beforehand, then a 90-minute conversation. Weekly at first, until you’re off the training wheels, then fortnightly, as your confidence and delivery build. This is one area I will never take short-cuts on.
I’m working on a couple of different areas of focus with coaching. I love working with groups, whatever the size, where what I’ve built up from my years of coaching can be of benefit to others.
I’d value your thoughts on what would fit — for you, for your group, or wherever I could be of use. Call it paying it forward.
And your inbox won’t be flooded. That’s a put-off for me, so I won’t be doing it to anyone else.
If you run a group, a business or an event and think this would be useful to the people in it, I'd be glad to hear from you. Get in touch.
