The book package

The book package is the book, the Tool Bag workbook and the audio — all digital, delivered as downloads. There's nothing to post back and no return postage to worry about.

If within 14 days of buying you feel the book isn't for you, reply to any of my emails and I'll refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation. I'd rather you trust the next person who recommends me. That's my own change-of-mind guarantee, offered because I want to offer it; your rights under Australian Consumer Law are separate, and they're set out at the bottom of this page.

The Personality Profile

Your profile is prepared personally by me, for you alone.

You can change your mind and have a full refund any time up until you submit your completed questionnaire. Submitting it is the moment I start work on your profile, so that's where the change-of-mind window closes.

After that I can't refund a change of mind — the work is done by hand and it's already underway. But if something has gone wrong with what I delivered, tell me and I'll put it right.

If you upgraded from the book

If you bought the book and then put its $79 towards the Personality Profile within 30 days, that $79 has been spent. It comes off the profile price, so it can't also come back to you as a book refund. The profile itself is still refundable on its own terms above, right up until you submit your questionnaire.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing above limits your rights as an Australian consumer, and those rights apply regardless of the timeframes above.

If something I sell you is faulty, isn't as described, or doesn't do what I said it would, you're entitled to a remedy. Which remedy depends on the circumstances — how serious the problem is, and whether it's a product or a service. For a major problem with a product you can generally choose between a refund and a replacement; for a minor one I can choose to fix it instead. You may also be entitled to compensation for loss that was reasonably foreseeable. Email jill@decidebelievebeginbecome.com and I'll sort it out.
