Profiling was confronting for me at first, but that confrontation created awareness, which was really the first step in better understanding myself, my beliefs and where some of those beliefs and behaviours came from.

It was a little scary initially, but once I jumped that hurdle, it felt like there was this endless pasture of growth to explore. With some guidance and a clearer understanding of how I worked, I realised I had the ability to change the things I wanted to change, while also leaning further into the things I liked about myself and was naturally good at.

In business, it’s also been incredibly valuable in helping me understand who I want to connect with, and just as importantly, who I need to distance myself from in order to stay aligned and effective.

As a dad, it’s helped me understand my family more deeply, and appreciate the uniqueness of each of them, and really embrace that rather than try to change it.

That awareness flows into all facets of my life, both business and personal, and it’s comforting to know I can continue to change and evolve with this guidance.

The biggest difference now is that growth no longer feels scary, it feels exciting. I’ve learnt that whenever I need to level up, there’s usually some discomfort involved, but I also know the growth is waiting on the other side of it.

The first time Jill took me through profiling, there was a real “wow” moment when I started to understand who I was and why I behaved the way I did. In one sense it was quite liberating — okay, this is why I am like I am, why I react the way I do, and why certain things come naturally to me. But pretty quickly it also became, okay, so now I know where my weak spots are and I’ve got some work to do.

That has probably been the biggest benefit of profiling for me. It’s not just understanding my strengths and my comfort zone but identifying the behaviours that don’t come naturally to me and that I need to develop.

Jill has helped me understand that I’m not locked into one profile. I can learn behaviours from the other types, and if I want to grow and achieve more, I need to develop some of those weaker areas rather than just stay where I’m comfortable.

One thing Jill has taught me is that under pressure we all tend to default back to our natural behaviours. Yet that’s often the very time we need to adapt the most, not only for ourselves and the outcomes we’re trying to achieve, but because it’s often when the people around us need us the most. Knowing that allows me to recognise what I’m doing in the moment and hopefully change how I respond. I don’t always get it right, but being aware of it is the first step to changing it.

Even now I catch myself thinking, there’s that natural behaviour again. Let me stop that and do what I need to do, rather than just what I want to do. To me, that is growth.

And that’s why profiling isn’t a once-and-done thing for me. Having Jill there over the years, pointing out the obvious and the not-so-obvious, reminding me of those patterns, and then seeing how my profile changes over time has been incredibly valuable. It gives me a way of seeing where I’ve grown and where there is still more work to do

I feel truly honoured to have gone through profiling with Jill — it has genuinely helped me navigate my thought process and the way I see things.

What made the biggest impact was understanding myself better through the process. In all my years of working, I hadn't come across someone as lovely as Jill, who took the time to help me turn my thoughts into action. It made me stop and reflect on myself in a way I probably wouldn't have otherwise. As I worked through the questions, I began to understand more about why I think the way I do, how I see certain situations, and how my thoughts shape the way I respond.

Having a one-on-one conversation with Jill made the experience even more meaningful. Being able to talk through my thoughts, with someone guiding me through the process, helped me see things from a different perspective. It wasn't just about reading my profile — it was about truly understanding it through conversation and reflection.

The process also helped me see things from other people's perspectives. I've realised that we all think and process things differently, and sometimes we're so focused on our own view that we forget to understand where someone else is coming from. That awareness has helped me both in my work and in how I communicate with others.

For me, the profiling was more than just understanding my results — it was the process itself: sitting down, doing the work and being honest with myself around how I was playing life. It challenged the way I think and gave me a perspective I continue to carry with me.

I'm truly grateful to Jill for that opportunity. It's been a meaningful part of my own growth, and I'm glad I took the time to really work through it.

Jill's personality profiling was the starting point that began reversing over 50 years of self-sabotage and self-doubt. In just a couple of sessions, the insights from my profile had a life-changing impact I am still benefiting from today.

What struck me most was the accuracy of it — the way it cut through the cloud I had been living in and gave me clarity I had never experienced before. The right questions, the right challenges, and the right insights at exactly the right time.

Jill's profiling doesn't just tell you who you are — it shows you who you can become. I am forever grateful for the clarity and direction it gave me."

Since working with Jill on personality profiling, the way I see people and their behaviours has shifted completely. I no longer find myself looking up to others or minimising them — I meet people as equals, regardless of their status or position.

I've learned to place people into profile types, which has removed so much of the intimidation I used to feel in certain interactions. Understanding what drives others — and how they communicate — has helped me focus on synchronising with them rather than simply waiting for my turn to speak.

These insights alone have changed the quality of every relationship in my life.

I was amazed at how accurately Jill's personality profiling questionnaire captured my traits and preferences. The results gave me an awareness of how I operate, helping me make more informed decisions about the future direction I want to pursue. Thank you, Jill, you are a remarkable lady.

I first completed my personality profile with Jill back in 2019, when I joined her coaching program. At the time, my business was at the inception stage, with just me in it. Profiling put words to things I'd felt for years, but never been able to name — what came naturally to me, when I got in my own way, and how I behave, once the pressures on.

That was the start of it. What Jill brings isn't the report, it's the reading. She'll draw out a dimension I hadn't reached on my own — the difference between what a person is good at and where they'll actually thrive, and how they hold up when things get hard. The highs and lows of a profile tell a story a conversation simply cannot.

That understanding has shaped how I lead and how I've built the team around me. I don't expect people to operate the way I operate and I pay attention to what each person needs, to do their best work. Jill's input when I'm bringing someone new into the business has been invaluable — not as the decision, that stays mine, but as a perspective I wouldn't have had on my own.

We're a long way from where my business started. Profiling isn't the only reason for that, but understanding people properly compounds over time, and Jill has been alongside me for all of it.
